D.B. was enamored with Nima and Dawa when they were brought to Melbourne, Australia for separation surgery in 2018. Born in the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan, Nima and Dawa were born conjoined. D.B. produced a number of art pieces about Nima and Dawa and wrote about them on his blog to encourage others to offer support and even donated his own money to help them. D.B. knows firsthand what it's like to feel different, and he wants people to lead with kindness before all else. Being different isn't being less than ... so Kindness Matters.
